NOTE:  

1.  Participants allowed to do the Encounter only once.

2.  You are expected to arrive at least 15 mins prior to scheduled start.

3.  You must attend all sessions.  No early departures.

4.  Punctuality is appreciated and beneficial for your full Encounter experience.
