INTRODUCTION

This curriculum is designed to empower young adults ages 18-35 to navigate their transitional period of adulthood, by addressing the unique challenges and opportunities of this development stage. The programme will equip participants with the knowledge, practical skills, and faith-based principles needed to thrive in all areas of life. Grounded in developmental psychology and biblical teachings, the curriculum reflects the distinct needs of two cohorts: emerging adults (ages 18-25) who are exploring their identity and transitioning into adulthood, and later young adults (ages 26-35) who are consolidating their identity, achieving stability, and focusing on long-term goals.
The curriculum outlines six interconnected modules- Faith, Faithfulness, Flourish, Family Life, Finance, and Future-designed to foster personal growth, deepen spiritual maturity, achieve professional success, build healthy relationships, and contribute meaningfully to communities. Each module integrates transferable skills such as collaboration, critical thinking, communication, goal-setting, and creativity, ensuring participants are prepared for the demands of a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) world.
