Isaiah 51:15-16 15 For I am the Lord your God, who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar— the Lord Almighty is his name. 16 I have put my words in your mouth and covered you with the shadow of my hand, that I may plant the heavens, and lay the foundations of the earth, and say unto Zion, Thou art my people.—

Summary
Faith has many aspects, but for many it is a private belief system and not an active instrument in everyday life. Speaking, the word in a focused, repetitive, consistent, heartfelt way is a key component in building faith and bolstering manifestation.

Key themes:
Faith needs not only be believed but spoken
Rom. 10:17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
2 Cor. 4:13 NIV It is written: “I believed; therefore I have spoken.”[b] Since we have that same spirit of[c] faith, we also believe and therefore speak, 14 because we know that the one who raised the Lord Jesus from the dead will also raise us with Jesus and present us with you to himself.
It is the nature of Faith to Speak - People tend to say what they believe whether in truth or ignorance

All words have power but words given by God have eternal power
Proverbs 18:21 "Death and life are in the power of the tongue, And those who love it will eat its fruit" (NKJV).

This applies to all words but more o to those that are continually repeated and held with strong emotion and belief
Heb 4:12 For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.
God’s word is a living thing that when applied to a life can penetrate to the innermost parts of your being
Jer 23:29 “Is not my word like fire,” declares the LORD, “and like a hammer that breaks a rock in pieces?
The imagery of this verse speaks of Gods word active like what fire can do; or what a Hammer can do….
What you believe it to be is crucial to what you will use it for.

Luke 8:11-15 “This is the meaning of the parable: The seed is the word of God. 12 Those along the path are the ones who hear, and then the devil comes and takes away the word from their hearts, so that they may not believe and be saved. 13 Those on the rocky ground are the ones who receive the word with joy when they hear it, but they have no root. They believe for a while, but in the time of testing they fall away. 14 The seed that fell among thorns stands for those who hear, but as they go on their way they are choked by life’s worries, riches and pleasures, and they do not mature. 15 But the seed on good soil stands for those with a noble and good heart, who hear the word, retain it, and by persevering produce a crop.
It is defined as a seed, something that can grow and expand
It can be planted, it can be stolen, it can be uprooted, choked out
It can be retained, persevered with and produce fruit

Declaring what God said with a heart of belief is a key to manifestation
Job 22:28 "You will also declare a thing, and it will be established for you; So light will shine on your ways" (NKJV).
This ensures that you will be driven or drawing by His will and that you can not be over power by other desires or fears
A heart posture of thanks giving and gratitude creates an atmosphere for faith to function and change to be realized
Phil 6:4-7 6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Mat 15:36-37 36 Then he took the seven loaves and the fish, and when he had given thanks, he broke them and gave them to the disciples, and they in turn to the people. 37 They all ate and were satisfied. Afterward the disciples picked up seven basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over,
Psalm 100:4: Describes thanksgiving as the entry point into God's presence, creating an atmosphere for breakthroughs.

Colossians 2:6–7 Connects being "strengthened in the faith" with "overflowing with thankfulness".
John 11:41–42 Shows Jesus giving thanks before the miracle, highlighting gratitude as a proactive declaration of faith.
Repetition and consistency is key to focused declaration and faith action
Heb 10:23 (NKJV) "Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful."

"Hold fast the confession" (Consistency): This implies a continuous, habitual, and firm declaration of faith—not just saying it once but maintaining the confession over time.
"Without wavering" (Repetition/Consistency): This directly addresses the need to avoid contradiction, requiring a consistent, steadfast, and unwavering declaration, even when circumstances seem to contradict the promise.
"He who promised is faithful" (The Anchor): The effectiveness of the repetition is not in the words themselves, but in the faithfulness of God, which is reinforced every time the promise is spoken

A specific focus enhances results
Mark 11:23 "...whoever says to this mountain‘ Be removed and be cast into the sea’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says".

Declarations must have a focus
Resolute and not wavering
A strong belief adds power
An expectation to receive or see it done
Declarative Prayer:
Dear God
Help me to know your word and speak it
Help me to believe your word and confess it
Help me to declare your word with consistency
He me to trust in you’re your word and your faithfulness
IN JESUS NAME
